  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (Monday-Friday)
  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch (£4.99)
  • Free Delivery: Available on orders over £50
  • We currently ship within the UK only

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
  • We do not charge restocking fees

All return requests must be made by emailing info@colossalhealth.co.uk for approval before returning any item.
