We want you to feel confident when shopping with Colossal Health. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns are available to UK customers only
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly and at no extra cost.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: this right does not apply to sealed supplements once they have been opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage on standard returns
- If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Colossal Health will cover all return costs and provide instructions once your return request is approved
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- You’ll be refunded for the product cost and the original standard delivery fee
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@colossalhealth.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We aim to review all return requests within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). If your return is approved, we’ll email you with the next steps and return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
