Colossal Health is a UK based business selling food supplement products.

We specialise in natural food supplement products.
While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and information are accurate, minor variations in packaging, labelling or appearance may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
Our products must always be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.
4. Orders & Payment
To place an order, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide accurate and complete billing, shipping and payment information.
Payments are processed securely using Shopify Payments, PayPal and other approved payment providers.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including where fraud, pricing errors or misuse are suspected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Our standard delivery service is:
- Dispatch: Within 1 working day (Monday to Friday)
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days from dispatch (£4.99)
- Free Delivery: Orders over £50
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30 day return period for unopened and unused products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements unless the product is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@colossalhealth.co.uk to request return authorisation.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Use of Our Products
Always read and follow the instructions provided with each product.
Our products are intended for adult use only.
