At Colossal Health, we want your experience to be smooth and reassuring from start to finish. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Opened supplements can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • UK orders only.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover the return postage unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  • For eligible issues, return costs are covered by us.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We refund the product cost and your original delivery fee.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

No restocking fees apply.

 

How to Submit a Return Request

You can submit a return request directly through your customer account. It only takes a moment.

1. Sign in to your account

  • Click the profile icon in our store menu or use the account link in our footer.
  • Enter your email address and click Continue.
  • Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code.
  • Enter the code to sign in.
    (No password required.)

2. Select your order

  • In your account dashboard, choose the order you want to return.
  • Click Request return.
  • If the order contains more than one item, select the specific item(s) you’re sending back.

3. Complete your request

  • Pick a return reason.
  • Add an optional note for clarity.
  • Click Request return to submit it.

4. What happens next

  • We review all return requests within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
  • Once approved, we’ll email you with return instructions.
  • If shipping is required, we’ll provide the return address or a label where appropriate.
  • After we receive and inspect your item, we process your refund.

 

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a replacement, simply submit a return request and place a new order once your refund is completed.
