What is Shilajit Resin?

Shilajit is a naturally occurring mineral resin formed over centuries and traditionally used to support energy, focus and recovery. At Colossal Health, we use only pure Himalayan resin - never diluted powders, fillers or capsules.

How do I take it?

Dissolve a pea sized amount (approx. 250–300 mg) in warm water, tea or milk once or twice daily.
💡 Avoid boiling liquids, as high heat can affect its natural properties.

How long does a jar last?

A 30g jar contains roughly 100-120 servings. Taken once daily, it typically lasts around 2-3 months.

Is it lab tested?

Our suppliers perform their own safety and purity checks before resin reaches us.
We then inspect every batch before packing in the UK to ensure it meets our internal standards.

Where is it sourced?

Our resin is collected from high altitude regions of the Himalayas and purified using traditional methods to maintain its natural strength and authenticity.

What’s inside?

Nothing but 100% Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin. Vegan friendly and free from fillers, preservatives, flavours and common allergens.

Who can take it?

Suitable for healthy adults. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking medication, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Can I combine it with other supplements?

Yes, it can be taken alongside most supplements. If you are on prescription medication or managing a medical condition, seek professional medical advice first.

What does it taste like?

Shilajit has a rich, earthy mineral taste. Many people prefer to mix it with warm milk, herbal tea or a flavoured drink to soften the flavour.

How do I store it?

Keep your jar sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. Best used within 12 months of opening.

Why can’t I stack discounts?
