Dissolve a small pea-sized amount of shilajit resin in warm water, tea or milk once daily. Avoid boiling liquids, as excessive heat may affect the resin’s natural texture. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Is shilajit resin lab tested?
Our suppliers carry out safety and quality testing before the resin reaches us. Each batch is also visually inspected and quality-checked in the UK before packing to ensure it meets our internal standards.

Can I use the email subscriber discount on bundles?
The new email subscriber discount is a one-time offer for first-time customers and applies to a single jar purchase only. It cannot be combined with bundle offers or other promotions.
Why can’t multiple discounts be used together?
Only one promotion can be applied per order. Bundle discounts are separate offers and usually provide the best value when purchasing multiple jars.
How long does delivery take?
We offer UK delivery within 2-4 working days. Orders are typically dispatched within one working day, and tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unopened and unused products. Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is faulty or damaged.
